This section will allow you to manage everything related to your domain:

[edit] General information

This will show you the expiry date of both your pack and your domain. The dates might not be the same if the domain was created with another company then transferred to AMEN, as the domain expiry dates depends exclusively on the date it was created.

[edit] Domain name status

You will be able to check the status of your domain here. The information displayed will depend not only on the status of the domain but also on whether it was a creation or transfer order or if it is under our management or not.

You will also find details on what needs to be done for the domain registration or transfer to be completed (for those extensions with manual registration procedures).

[edit] Admin parameters

The amount of tools that will appear in this section depends on the status of the domain and its extensions. Some tools may not be available for some extensions. If you want to make a change to your domain but you cannot find the corresponding tool in this section, please contact out support team.

[edit] Technical parameters

These options will allow you to control the DNS settings of your domain.

First, you will be able to see the authoritative DNS servers for your domain (as you can see in the image on the right) and then you will have the chance to use any of the following 3 tools:

Web redirection: to create and manage your web redirection (e.g. you want your domain to point to another site)
Modify DNS servers: to modify the authoritative DNS servers for your domain
Configuration of your DNS zone: to manage your DNS zone (it will only work if you are using the DNS servers provided by AMEN)
