[edit] Introduction

The GENERAL tab will provide you with information about your package and will allow you to manage the contract for your package.

There are different sections in this screen:

In the News section, you will find the latest information on any technical or commercial events that are taking place and may be relevant to your pack. It is advisable to visit this link regularly as there may be useful information such as scheduled maintenance work on our servers or news on new promotions, products or services.

[edit] Pack Description

This section will give you details on the package you have purchased:

Pack name: domain associated to your pack.

Type of pack: name of the purchased pack.

Expiry date: date of the end of the current pack. Keep in mind that if your domain was transferred the domain expiry date might not be the same as the one for your pack. If the domain management has not been transferred to AMEN, you will have to renew the domain by contacting your domain provider. If the domain is managed by AMEN, the domain will be renewed automatically.

Automatic renewal: this option will let you know whether your pack has been sent to automatic renewal or not. In order for you to be able to enable automatic renewal of a pack, you will need to have enough credit in your customer account to be able to renew the pack. This option might not be enabled for your profile.

Used web space: MB of server space used out of the total.

Used database space: MB of database space used out of the total. This option is not available for Web Name + and Web Mail + packs.

Databases in use: number of databases created in the pack out of the maximum number of databases allowed. This option is not available for Web Name + and Web Mail + packs.

Used mail space: MB of mail server space allocated to the existing mail accounts out of the total.

Email accounts in use: number of mail accounts created out of the maximum number of mail accounts allowed.

FTP accounts in use: number of FTP accounts created in the pack out of the maximum number of accounts allowed. This option is not available for Web Name + and Web Mail + packs.

In this section you will see all the additional services that have been purchased for this pack:

The services offered depend on the type of the pack and they go anywhere from help to update the domain information to advanced dedicated server services.

How do I order additional services for my pack?

You can renew or modify your packages with us in this section. You will also find your invoices, be able to pay for pending orders, and set up automated renewals.
