The following screen shows what the Customer Area for your Server would look like. Below this we will go through the different sections explaining what can be done.

In the News section, you will find the latest information on any technical or commercial events that are taking place and may be relevant to your pack. It is advisable to visit this link regularly as there may be useful information such as scheduled maintenance work on our servers or news on new promotions, products or services.

This section will give you details on the package you have purchased.

This section shows you the IP address associated with your Virtual Private Server, it also shows you which server your Virtual Private Server is hosted on. The Control Panel link takes you to the Server management interface. Access Codes emails login details to a specified email address.
