[edit] Introduction

With this tool you will be able to manage both your mail forwards (those that are not associated to a mail account in the package) and mail groups (lists of addresses that you will be able to reach from a single email address):

As you can see, by default the system creates 2 forwards for your domain: abuse and postmaster. These 2 email addresses (abuse@domain.co.uk and postmaster@domain.co.uk where domain.co.uk is your domain name) will be forwarded to your customer account email address and are created by the system because of their importance, as they will be the email addresses used by third parties to let you know there is something wrong with your domain.

[edit] Creating a new forward or group

The procedure is the same with the only difference being the number of email addresses the message will be forwarded to.

From the main screen:

  1. Enter the address you want the group to have (in the example, we will create sales@domain.co.uk):

  2. Click on CP_Button_Add.png
  3. The new address will appear on the list, click on it (in the example, we will click on sales):

  4. You will see all the members for the group:

  5. To add a new email address, just type it in the box and click on CP_Button_Add.png
