In order to set up any email client you will require your username and password for your mailbox.
The following information will be of use to you:

If you do not remember them, click on your package type for instructions on how to get them :
[edit] POP
Incoming Mail Server: pop3.domain.co.uk* (port 110)
Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.domain.co.uk* (port 25)
[edit] IMAP
IMAP Server: imap.domain.co.uk* (port 143)
Outgoing Mail Server:: smtp.domain.co.uk* (port 25)
* Note, please replace domain.co.uk with your amenworld domain name.
