From your Customer Area:

1. Click on
2. Click on the pack you want to access Plesk for in the package selection screen:
   
   
   
   
3. You will get to the pack management section:
   
   
   
   
4. Click on Web Hosting link in the Tools box:
   
   
   
   
5. Click on >> Access in the MySQL database box:
   
   
   
   
6. In the new screen, click on >> Create the MySQL database box:
   
   
   
   
7. The database creation will be in progress:
   
   
   
   
8. Approximately an hour later, the database will be created and you will get a confirmation email:
