How do I get the password for my quarantine area?

Control Panel: MAIL > Antivirus / Antispam

The quarantine area is only available for the Pro version of the antivirus / antispam filter.

1. Click on at the top of your Customer Area
2. Click on the pack you want to work with from the package selection screen:
   
   
   
   
3. Click on MAIL:
   
   
   
   
4. Click on Antivirus / Antispam
5. Click on the access codes link in the Set-up box to get an email with your password:
   
   
   
6. Alternatively, you can use the Modify your password link to enter a new one
