How do I modify my FTP password?

Control Panel: HOSTING > FTP settings

From your Customer Area:

1. Click on
2. Click on the pack you want to work with:
   
   
   
   
3. Click on HOSTING:
   
   
   
   
4. In the Direct Access section, click on FTP settings
5. Just enter the password in both text fields and click on
   
   
   
   

The password must contain at least a lower case and an upper case letter, a number and one of the following special characters: '@' or '_' or '-'. The password must be at least 5 and at most 10 characters long.
