How do I set up my account in Outlook 2002/2003?

Welcome to the Microsoft Outlook 2002/2003 e-mail set up tutorial. Here is a step by step guide to setting up your Amenworld POP email account.
1. Run Microsoft Outlook
2. Click on Tools and then click on E-mail accounts.

3. Select Add a new e-mail account and click next.

4. Select POP3 as the Server type and click next. This will take you to the next window named Internet E-mail Settings (POP3).

5. Enter your e-mail information here. If you are not sure what this is, this information can be found within your customer area.
The incoming mail server and the outgoing SMTP server should be filled in as pop.domain.co.uk and smtp.domain.co.uk respectively. Please note domain.co.uk needs to be replaced by your domain name.

6. Once you have filled in your e-mail information, click on More Settings. This will present you with another window shown below. Click on the Outgoing Server tab and tick the box for My Outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. Please also make sure that Use same settings as my incoming mail server is selected and then click ok.

6. Click next on the E-mail settings page and this will take you to the Congratulations page, click finish to complete the setup process. You should now be able to send and receive email using your Outlook email client.
