Consequences of a package change

(Redirected from Migrations)
[edit] General rules
- Downgrades generally involve the deletion of data and settings
- Upgrades generally do not involve the deletion of data or settings UNLESS the server changes
- If the amount of space, accounts or databases available in the new pack is smaller than the ones in the original pack, the migration will involve the deletion of the corresponding option or service
For example, when switching from a Web Pro + to a Web Mail +, the number of mail accounts decreases from 1000 to 10. This will mean that all the accounts will be deleted to avoid all problems.
This table describes the technical consequences of any change in your type of package because of a renewal or an upgrade/downgrade:

*: As long as the E-commerce option is renewed as the same type it belonged to.
For example: When switching from an e-Commerce Pro to a Web Pro +, the e-Commerce option for the Web Pro pack should be at least PRO type or the shop will be deleted.
