Reporting Faults for Dedicated Servers

When reporting a problem with your Dedicated Server please ensure that you first carry out the steps written out in the Procedure for dedicated server.
If you have carried out the steps in the FAQ above and still are having problems with your Dedicated Server, please follow the steps below:
- Login to your customer area at the following link:
- Click on Support and then select the ‘click here’ link the heading New Question?
Here you can raise a new ticket with us, we would require information from you as follows with regards to the problems the server is experiencing:
- Select urgent under the ‘Problem Urgence’ heading.
- Please provide the root username and password so that our engineers can access your server to carry out troubleshooting.
- Include a detailed description of the problem that the server is experiencing, and include the following questions and their answers.
Q1. When did the problem start? Q2. Have you made any modifications / upgrades that may have caused the problem inadvertently? Q3. How long has the server been running since the last reboot? Q4. What steps have you taken to investigate the problem? Q5. What steps have you taken to correct the problem? Q6. Have you done a standard reboot and what was the result? Q7. Have you done a hardware reboot and what was the result? Q8. Did you try and put the server into Recovery mode and what was the result?
