[edit] Accessing Webmail

The webmail interface will allow you to access your mail online from anywhere with an Internet connection. There are 2 ways to access your webmail interface:

  1. From the Control Panel > CP_mail.jpg MAIL > CP_MAIL_ico_webmail.jpg Webmail
  2. From the URL: http://webmail.domain.co.uk (where domain.co.uk is your domain name)

[edit] Logging in

  • Once webmail interface is open, you will see the following login screen:

[edit] Before you go any further...

Before you start using your account, we recommend you to set up your account information. This will affect how your emails are sent: you should configure the full name and email address of the account before you send emails.

In order to do that, follow these steps:

  1. Click on CP_Mail_Webmail_04.jpg on the left hand side menu below the folders
  2. Make sure you fill in, at least, the Full Name (with your name as you want to appear for recipients of your messages) and E-mail Address (typically with the main email address you chose when creating the account) fields in the form:

  3. Click on CP_Mail_Webmail_06.jpg

If you do not set up those fields, then your emails will be received as sent from ta1204@domain.co.uk (the username assigned by the system).
